In food processor, blend canned tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper.
Once meat and onions have browned, add tomato mixture, wine, and chopped fresh tomatoes. Cover and simmer for 20 -30 min. Stir in basil and serve over pasta, zucchini noodles, or spaghetti squash.
