Shredded Brussel Sprouts with Bacon

Ingredients
  • ½ -1 lb brussel sprounts, ends removed and sliced
  • 4-6 strips of bacon, chopped
  • Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Add chopped bacon and cook for 5-8 minutes until brown but not crunchy.
  2. Add brussel sprouts to bacon and stir to coat with bacon grease. Cook for antoher 5 min or until brussel sprounts are softened. Add Salt aqnd pepper to taste. Serve
