Kale Chips

Ingredients
  • 1 bunch Kale, rinsed and patted dry
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cut stems from kale and roughly chop leaves.
  3. Place kale leaves on parchemt or foil lined cookie sheet. Drizzle with olive oil. Mix the kale so that olive oil is evenly distributed. Add salt and pepper to taste (I like a lot of salt!)
  4. Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes. Take out when at deisred crispiness (I take mine out when they are crisp and the edges start to brown.
