Melt chocolate in double boiler (I don’t have one so I either use the microwave or a glass bowl over a saucepan with water).
Once melted spread onto jellyroll pan covered in wax paper or parchment to desired thickness. You may need a second pan depending on how thick you like the bark. I don’t like mine to be too thick.
Sprinkle almonds over chocolate. You may want to lightly press into the chocolate to make sure it sticks. Then sprinkle with Sea Salt to your taste.
Let cool completelyand break into pieces.
