Breakfast Quinoa

Ingredients
  • 1 cup dry quinoa
  • Raspberries, blueberries or other fruit (bananas, blackberries, etc)
  • 1 Tbsp honey (per serving)
  • ⅛ tsp Cinnamon (per serving)
  • 2-3 oz Skim Milk or Almond Milk (per serving)
Instructions
  1. Cook quinoa according to directions on the box.
  2. Scoop cooked quinoa into a bowl, sprinkle with cinnamon, and top with fruit of your choosing. Add milk and drizzle with honey.
  3. Note: Can make ahead and store in separate containers to bring to work!
